Brighton Film-makers Coalition.
Weekly meetings, open to all. A quarterly film challenge is set to make films according to strict rules and restrictions within a set time period on an agreed theme. The venue for each Sunday's meeting at 18:00 is announced on the Coalition's Facebook page. Contact.

A Facebook presence for 'aspiring and active filmmakers to meet, greet, network and share ideas and info'.
Runs an online journal, One + One
Final Cut.
Monthly screenings of local, national and international short films. Occasional talks by local film-makers. Studio bar at Komedia, Gardner Street, Brighton. Mid-month Sunday evenings at 19:30. Tickets £4 on the door.
Made in Brighton Fringe Film Festival.
An extensive programme of films made in Brighton & Hove (and one from Shoreham) since 1896, from pioneer silent films, through B-features and archive films to today's independent feature-length and short productions. At the Old Courtroom, Church Street, Brighton on 1-23 May 2010. Details.
