An Act to amend the Sunday Entertainments Act 1932
§
1.Cinematograph entertainments on Sundays. Allows unconditional
licensing to open on Sundays.
2.Appeals. Exhibitors may make appeals against a local authority's refusal to grant a licence in accordance with
the Cinematograph Act 1952 §6(1)
3.Winding-up of Cinematograph Fund.
4.Repeal.
