Cultural highlights of 1992
• In a British Film Institute decennial poll, film critics again vote Orson Welles' Citizen Kane the best film of all time for the fourth time. Federico Fellini's 8½ moves up to second, followed by Martin Scorcese's Raging Bull third. Fellini's La Strada and Jean Vigo's L'Atalante are in fourth and fifth place. See the full list here.
