An Act to amend the Sunday Entertainments Act 1932
§
1.Cinematograph entertainments on Sundays. Allows unconditional licensing to open on Sundays.
2.Appeals. Exhibitors may make appeals against a local authority's refusal to grant a licence in accordance with the Cinematograph Act 1952 §6(1)
3.Winding-up of Cinematograph Fund.
4.Repeal. Affects Sunday Entertainments Act 1932, British Film Institute Act 1949, The London Government Act 1963.
6.Starts 1 July 1972; not applicable in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
